At Essential, our team of highly-trained and experienced professionals are here to help you relax, address pain management, and guide you on your wellness journey. Meet our Team
Jacki A., Owner & LMT
Jacki was passionate about helping people feel their best when she attended the Sarasota School of Massage Therapy in 2006. She still finds being a Massage Therapist one of the most rewarding careers. You’ll never meet another Spa owner who cares more about her guests than Jacki does. Jacki loves hot stone and raindrop massages!
Jennifer A., Esthetician
Jennifer graduated from LaJames International National and most recently from the National Laser College. She has ten years of skin care experience.
Dorothy H., LMT, NBCR, Rieki Master
Dorothy graduated from Perfect Touch School of Massage in Bloomfield, IA. She became a NBCR in 2016, and most recently became Rieki Master in 2022. She has been practicing the art of Reflexology for over four years and has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2017. Dorthy loves to give rieki massages and preform reflexology.
Jamie G., LMT
Jamie graduated in 2008 from the Capri College of Massage Therapy in Davenport, IA. She enjoys the holistic methods of healing through massage. Jamie loves to laugh and is great at making her guests feel comfortable and relaxed. Jamie loves providing hot stone massages.
Crystal H., LMT
Crystal received her massage license in February 2020 from the Perfect Touch School of Massage. She is also trained in reflexology, gentle emotional release techniques, acupressure, and more! Crystal finds that massage therapy is an opening to many natural therapies. She specializes in techniques that gently coax your physical and energetic systems back into balance.

Our Cancellation Policy
Life happens and sometimes you won't be able to keep a scheduled appointment. We understand. All will agree, time is our most valuable asset. Essential requires that appointments be guaranteed against late cancellation or rescheduling with a major credit card.
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your time and your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance. Bookings of two or more services, including spa packages, couple's massages and special events all need a minimum of 24 hours advance notice. This allows the spa enough time to fill appointments. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of services scheduled. “No-shows” will be charged 100% of services scheduled. The spa needs to pay its service providers even if a client is a “no-show”. This policy allows us to retain great employees.
When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.
