Celebrate National Meditation Day with us by attending Meditation Yoga on Friday May 31st, 2019 at 5:30 PM. This class will be held at Essential Massage & Spa.

What Is Yoga Nidra & Can I Do It?
Anyone can do Yoga Nidra, is a practice that everyone, from teens to seniors, can do. It's easy to follow at any age. All that your body needs to do is lie down on the floor. And even if you can't lie down on the floor, you can still do this practice seated.
