Life happens and sometimes you won't be able to keep a scheduled appointment. We understand. In the event you are unable to keep your appointment, please call the office as soon as possible, so we may fill your time with someone who is waiting to get in.

Essential Massage and Spa requires a 2 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Failure to do so, will result in a 50% service charge.
