Admissions Requirements

We're excited you're considering a career in massage therapy! Our admissions process is designed to help ensure you're prepared for success while keeping the application process simple and personal.

To be considered for admission to Essential Massage Therapy Academy, applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age before the start of classes.
• Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Complete the academy application.
• Participate in an admissions interview with the School Director.
• Submit the required enrollment deposit upon acceptance to reserve a seat in the program.
• Be physically and emotionally capable of participating in classroom instruction, hands-on practice, and supervised clinical experiences.

No previous massage experience is required. We welcome students from a variety of educational and professional backgrounds.

Step 1: Review the Future Student Guide.

Step 2: Complete and submit the application.

Step 3: Meet with the School Director for a personal interview and tour of the academy.

Step 4: Receive your admissions decision.

Step 5: Submit your enrollment deposit to reserve your seat.

Step 6: Complete enrollment paperwork and prepare for your first day of class!

To provide exceptional hands-on instruction and individualized support, each class is intentionally kept small.

Our inaugural class is limited to just 6 students. Applications are reviewed in the order they are received, and enrollment will remain open until all seats are filled.
